April is a month of renewal that includes showers along with growth.

As Shakespeare says “April showers bring May flowers.”

Key themes that we can take way from spring are as follows to keep on moving forwards in spite of any challenges. This could mean moving away from the winter months.

We need to push our limits and remember that each setback and obstacle is change to flourish mentally and physically.

It’s our chance to prosper and bloom like flowers.
