Richa’s Background
Richa is naturally creative and has a background in strategy. Her story is shaped by curiosity, conviction, and courage. Growing up in Jaipur, she earned a degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from SP Jain School of Global Management, studying in Singapore, Dubai, and Sydney. These experiences helped her combine creative ideas with practical thinking, which guides her approach to business.
Richa started her career far from the corporate world. Working as a server in Singapore taught her humility, resilience, and respect for hard work. Later, personal growth experiences, such as Vipassana and Landmark Education, showed her that entrepreneurship is about making a difference and growing with purpose.

Faith & Patience began naturally and with inspiration. It started with just one experimental camel milk shampoo and has grown into several brands, including Faith & Patience Beauty, Meeoow Club, and Dr. Fundamental. Each brand shows Richa’s belief that real beauty comes from healing, empowerment, and self-expression.
Richa’s path is unique. After living independently abroad, she returned to India to lead a business within her traditional family. She built her own manufacturing plant from scratch, showing her practical leadership and vision. Her story balances modern goals with cultural roots and blends new ideas with intuition.
